Participants must :
• Be citizens and residents of Fiji Islands .
• Be men and women of initiative with 5 years experience in their areas of expertise, who are committed to a better future for all Fiji Islanders.
• Have a demonstrated capacity for leadership.
• Be able to contribute $250 of the total fee of a $1000 towards the program[75% by sponsor/25% by participant]
• Be prepared to commit fully to the program timetable.
• Be willing to increase their involvement in community affairs.
