  1. The selection Panel uses the application form to short list candidates for the interview process.
  2. Please complete each section in full.
  3. Type or print clearly all answers.
  4. Limit answers to available space.
  5. One letter of recommendation will be accepted.
  6. Nominees must have the full support of the organisation or corporation the represent. Individuals may nominate themselves.
  7. Application must be signed by both candidate and employer, where applicable.
  8. A selection of applications will be interviewed by the Panel in February. All
    applicants will be advised of the outcome by the end of February.
  9. Attendance at the Retreats is mandatory. Nominees must be able to attend the monthly schedule of seminars. Those who fail to attend will be asked to withdraw.
  10. Leadership Fiji is committed to encourage a broad range of candidates from diverse activities and areas to nominate for the Leadership Fiji Program. Individuals, or supporting organisations, should not be discouraged from applying for economic reasons.
  11. All nominations are subject to confidential evaluation by a selection panel.
  12. For each Program intake, a balanced mix of gender, race, location, profit/ non-profit, public/ private leaders from diverse sectors of the community is needed.
  13. All applicants will need to convince the selection panel of their ability and of their willingness to allocate sufficient time to successfully complete the program and an ongoing commitment to join the Leadership Fiji Alumni Fellows, in community development activities.
